• Consultations via Email, Phone, and In-Person (depending on location)

• Planning Itinerary for day of
• Assistance with the booking of Venue, Ceremony Site, and Vendors
• Help with development of Theme, Linen Selection, Floral, Invitation, Favor, and Escort Card Design Bridal Gown and Bridal Party (gowns and tuxedos) Selection/Fittings if necessary
• Manage all Vendor Coordination before the event and day of
• Menu Selection and Tasting at the venue
• RSVP Tracking & Assistance with table seating
• (Assembling & Postage has an additional cost per invitation)
• Ceremony Planning, Rehearsal Coordination, and Instruction
• Assist with Rehearsal Dinner Location and Arrangements, if necessary
• Help with obtaining Marriage License and name change arrangements
• Full day of production & design, including extra production hands if necessary

• Overseeing ceremony site and reception venue is set up to your specifications
• Making sure the Groom and all family members are comfortable and are where they need to be and at the appropriate times while the Bride is getting ready
• Distribute all Final Payments to the Vendors
• Greet guests and make them comfortable at the ceremony and reception areas
• Coordinate ceremony
• Help with pictures before and after the ceremony if necessary
• Ensure that Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party are comfortable during cocktail hour with beverages and food, if time constraints allow
• Make sure music entertainment has proper Introductions prepared, including correct pronunciation of all bridal party members
• And most of all make sure that you have the time of your life!
